Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. However, please note that during busy periods such as new launches and sales, dispatch may take a little longer
Shipping times depend on the destination. After dispatching, our estimated shipping times for the UK are 1-3 working days and the rest of the world 2-7 working days Please note that these are estimates and can be subjected to external delays that are unfortunately out of our control
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details where you will be able to track your order
We do not offer exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Yes, we accept returns. You would receive this information with your order but you can also email us at customercare@yaurafashion.com with return enquiries Please note that we only accept returns for a refund if returned in a saleable condition with all tags on within 14 days from when received. It must be free from all make-up, stains and smells and should have not been washed or altered in any way
We work really hard to ensure this does not happen but in the event that it does, please email us at customercare@yaurafashion.com and we will be happy to replace this at no additional cost, along with a return label for the incorrect item.
Yaura is not liable for any customs clearance fees in your country. Our prices do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur when purchasing and importing you your country.
