CUSTOMS INFORMATION
Yaura is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery. If you refuse our package upon delivery, the package will be returned to us. We will then be charged customs fees and we will deduct that from your store credit. If we do not hear from you, and for any reason, the package is not returned to us, you will not be eligible for a refund.
FREE UK AND US SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER £250
UK & Ireland Orders :
- Please allow 1 - 2 working days to process your order.
- Shipping fees: UK £5.99, Ireland £19.99
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched
- Please allow 1-2 working days to receive your order upon dispatch
- A signature will be required upon delivery
International Orders :
- Please allow 1 - 2 working days to process your order.
- Shipping fees: USA £24.99, EU £29.99, Canada £29.99. Rest of the world 39.99
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched
- Please allow 2 - 7 working days to receive your order upon dispatch
- A signature will be required upon receipt

Returns
To be eligible for a return, we kindly ask that all items are sent back within 14 days of receipt, with all original tags attached. Any returns that do not meet these requirements will be rejected.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days of receipt by us.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Do contact your bank with additional questions.
If you receive a damaged item please contact customercare@yaurafashion.com as soon as possible.
Please note that we do not currently offer free returns and shipping fees will not be refunded.
